Description

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant that will be used for Baseload. The power plant can run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant will be gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant will run on Gas.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2024. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2026.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Senegal National Electricity Agency under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years.
