Description
The project was developed by Bangladesh India Friendship Power. The project is co-owned by Bangladesh Power Development Board and NTPC, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Coal India Ltd.

Power purchase agreement
