Description

The project was developed by FRV Services Australia. Abdul Latif Jameel Energy and Environmental Services and OMERS Infrastructure Management are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.

Lilyvale Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 387 hectares.

The project generates 277,150MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 45,000 households, offsetting 218,900t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Development status

The project got commissioned in March 2019.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Ergon Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 12 years from 2017. The contracted capacity is 100MW.

Contractors involved

Acciona and Grupo Gransolar were selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Canadian Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 379,260 modules at the site.

Ingeteam Corporacion supplied its 1600TL B615 inverters to the project site.

The project is utilising single axis trackers supplied by PVHardware.

Grupo Gransolar is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
