Description
Leningrad II 2 is a Generation III+ nuclear reactor developed by Atomenergoproekt and JSC Concern Titan-2, are the main contractors for the project.
The 1,188MW reactor is owned and operated by Rosenergoatom Concern. The company has a stake of 100%.
The PWR reactor generates 8,361.9GWh/annum of electricity. It features 163 fuel assemblies in the core of reactor, the place where fission occurs and energy is released.

Power Machines was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the nuclear reactor. Atomproekt was selected as an architect engineer for the reactor. The reactor vessel has been supplied by Izhorskiye Zavody. The material used for the construction of the vessel is Steel 15H2NMFA. The civil works were carried out by JSC Concern Titan-2.
