Description
The project was developed by Sustainable Power Group and Wasatch Wind. Alberta Investment Management, The AES, StepStone Group and ULLICO are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 26%, 26%, 24% and 24% respectively.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 14,000 households, offsetting 103,800t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The project has 85.344m high towers.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to PacifiCorp under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 60MW.

Fagen was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.
GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 27 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
GE Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 5 years.
