Description

The project was developed by Vattenfall. Vattenfall, Allianz Capital Partners and BASF are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50.5%, 25.2% and 24.3% respectively.

The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 1,000,000 households.

The project is currently active. The project construction commenced in 2021 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in September 2023.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Air Liquide under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years from 2025. The contracted capacity is 115MW.

Contractors involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 69 units of SG 11.0-200 DD turbines, each with 11MW nameplate capacity.

Welcon has supplied towers for the wind power project.
