Description

The project was developed by Laoting Wind Energy. China Suntien Green Energy, Jointo Energy Investment and Hebei Construction and Investment Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51.4%, 45% and 3.6% respectively.

The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.

The project generates 752,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 625,700t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The turbines installed on the project are using Tubular Steel towers.

Contractors involved

Shanghai Electric Wind Power Equipment was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 75 units of SWT-4.0-130 turbines, each with 4MW nameplate capacity.
