The project is being developed by Galileo Green Energy. Galileo Green Energy and Others are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 90% and 10% respectively.

The project is expected to generate 276,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 63,000 households. The project is expected to offset 119,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
