The project is being developed by Actividades de Construccion y Servicios, Cobra Concesiones, Galp Energia Espana and Ignis Energia. Galp Energia Espana and Actividades de Construccion y Servicios are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75.01% and 24.99% respectively.
