Description
The project is developed and owned by Havana Energy and Zerus. The company's ownership stake in the project stands as 51% and 49% respectively.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 125,458t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
