Broken Hill Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 140 hectares.
The project generates 126GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 17,000 households, offsetting 103,710t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
80 inverters have been installed at the project site.
