Description

Cleco Corporate Holdings, Entergy Louisiana and Entergy Texas are currently owning the project.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Powder River Basin.

The thermal power project consists of 1 turbines each with 657.9 MW nameplate capacity and 1 turbines each with 619 MW nameplate capacity respectively.
