The project is being developed by PT Sejahtera Alam Energy. PT Nirwana Suci Abadi and PT Trinergy Mandiri International are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 89% and 11% respectively.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 220,000 households.
