Description
The project was developed by Akita Katagami Windfarm. Venti-Japan, Mitsubishi and C-Tech are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 43.9% and 5.1% respectively.
The project generates 142,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 40,000 households.

GE Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2020, for a period of 15 years.
