Description

The project was developed by Japan Renewable Energy. The project is co-owned by Japan Renewable Energy and Tohoku Electric Power, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The project generates 101,500MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 23,100 households, offsetting 53,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project has 94m high towers.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Tohoku Electric Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
