Description

The project was developed by CEME1. The project is co-owned by Andes Mining and Energy and EDF Renewables, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

CEME1 Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 435 hectares.

The project generates 1,000,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 500,000 households, offsetting 280,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Development status

The project construction commenced in 2022 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in July 2024.

Contractors involved

Power China Huadong Engineering was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

JA Solar Holdings was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 882,000 modules at the site.

Sungrow Power Supply supplied its SG6250HV MV inverters to the project site.

The mounting systems have been supplied by Arctech Solar Holding for the project.
