The project is being developed by BeGreen. Infranode Energi and BeGreen are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60% and 40% respectively.

Vandel 3 Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 180 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 152,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 36,000 households. The project is expected to offset 190,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
