The project was developed by Assembly Solar and Ranger Power. DE Shaw Renewable Investments and Ranger Power are currently owning the project.
Assembly Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,200 acres.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 45,000 households, offsetting 394,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
