The project was developed by Horus Solar. Recurrent Energy, Sprott Global Renewable III and Korea Electric Power are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 49%, 36% and 15% respectively.

Canadian Solar was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Canadian Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 256,757 modules each with 370W of nameplate capacity.

The project is utilising trackers supplied by Arctech Solar Holding.

Canadian Solar is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2020.
