The project is being developed by Competitive Power Ventures, CPV Renewable Energy, GE Renewable Energy and Invenergy. Competitive Power Ventures, Invenergy and TerraForm Power are currently owning the project.

The Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm (Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm Phase I), will have 80m high towers.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm (Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm Phase I) will be sold to Merrill Lynch Commodity Partners under a power purchase agreement for a period of 13 years, starting from 2015.

Contractors involved

Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm (Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm Phase I) will be equipped with GE Renewable Energy 1.7-100 turbines. The phase consists of 118 turbines.

GE Renewable Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm (Rattlesnake Den Wind Farm Phase I). The O&M tenure will likely be commencing from the year 2015.
