Description
The project was developed by Quilt Block Wind Farm. Connor Clark & Lunn Infrastructure and EDP Renovaveis are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80% and 20% respectively.
The project generates 300,468MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 37,000 households, offsetting 211,162t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The turbines installed on the project are using Tubular Steel towers.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Dairyland Power Cooperative under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 98MW.
Contractors involved
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 49 units of V110-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
EDP Renewables North America is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
