The project is currently owned by Inter RAO UES with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is brown coal. In case of shortage of brown coal the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Okino-Clyuchevsky Field, Gusinoozyorsky Mine, Pereyaslavsky Coal Pit.
The project generated 4,722,370MWh of electricity.
