China Resources Power Holdings, Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group, Taizhou Energy Investment Management and Yangzhou Yangtze Investment & Development Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 45%, 45%, 5% and 5% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Inner Mongolia and Shanxi Province.
