Description

The project is currently owned by Novosibirskenergo with a stake of 100%.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is coal. In case of shortage of coal the plant can also run on Heavy Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Kuznetsk Coal, Kansk-Achinsk Coal.
