Description
The project is being developed by PetroVietnam Power. Petrovietnam Nhon Trach 1 Power, PetroVietnam Nhon Trach 2 Power and PetroVietnam Power are currently owning the project.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant.
