Description
The project is being developed by ONGC Tripura Power. Oil and Natural Gas, GAIL (India), Global Infrastructure Partners and Government of Tripura are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50%, 26%, 23.5% and 0.5% respectively.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel will be procured from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation.
Development status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in January 2014.
