Description

The project is developed and owned by Changchun Yongtuo Energy.

The project generates 325GWh electricity thereby offsetting 400,723t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Agricultural by-product, industrial waste and wood by-product are used as a feedstock to power the project.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Northeast China Power Grid under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 213GWh.

Contractors involved

Qingdao Limin Steam Turbine Fittings Factory was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project. The company provided 2 units of C25-8.83/0.294 turbines, each with 25MW nameplate capacity.

Jinan HONGQI Boiler Factory supplied steam boiler for the project. The boiler installed at the site has a capacity of 130TPH.Qingdao Limin Steam Turbine Fittings Factory supplied the electric generator for the project.
