Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Dong Tanh Trade Co of Vietnam, Duangchaleun Group, Nam Mo Company of Vietnam, Phongsubthavy Road and Bridge Construction and Sengchanh Construction. The company's ownership stake in the project stands as 37%, 23%, 21%, 14% and 5% respectively.
The project is expected to generate 498 GWh of electricity.

The power generated from the project will be sold to Electricite du Laos under a power purchase agreement.
