The project is being developed by KS Orka Renewables. KS Orka Renewables and PT Supraco Indonesia are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 95% and 5% respectively.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the Sorik Merapi Geothermal Power Plant (Sorik Merapi Geothermal Power Plant Phase I Unit I) will be sold to PT PLN (Persero) under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2019.
