Description

The project is being developed by Tilbury Green Power. Greenvolt – Energias Renovaveis and Equitix are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.

The process of combustion will be adopted in this project to release the stored energy from the feed. Industrial waste, municipal solid waste and wood by-product will be used as a feedstock to power the project.

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in October 2017.

Aalborg Energie Technik and Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor are expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the Tilbury Green Power Project (Tilbury Green Power Project Phase I).

Tilbury Green Power Project (Tilbury Green Power Project Phase I) will be equipped with GE Power turbines.

Aalborg Energie Technik is likely to be the supplier of the steam boiler for the project. The temperature expected to be witnessed inside the boiler will be around 477Degree Celsius. The steam will be pressurized inside the boiler at 92bar.

Aalborg Energie Technik and Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor are expected to be contracted for rendering of operations & maintenance services for the project.
