Description

The project is being developed by Lilybeo Wind Power. The project is co-owned by 7 Seas Med, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners KS and Nice Technology, with their respective ownership stake of 33.33% each.

The project is expected to generate 1,000,000MWh of electricity. The project will be spread over an area of 25km². The turbines will be mounted on floating semi-submersible tetraspar foundations and will be interconnected by 66kV inter-array cable.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2025. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2029.

Contractors involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 21 units of SG 10.0-193 DD turbines, each with 12MW nameplate capacity.
