Description

The project is being developed by Yokji Wind Power. The project is co-owned by Korea Midland Power and Vena Energy, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 184,000 households, to offset 514,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project will be spread over an area of 40.6km².

The wind power project consists of 28 turbines, each with 14MW nameplate capacity.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2025. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2026.
