The industry’s overall hiring increased by 21.45% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 11.78% share in September 2022, recording a decrease of 1.06% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 69.23% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Italy’s power industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
Hitachi Zosen Inova posted 16 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a drop of 11.11% over the previous month, followed by Elektroprivreda Crne GoreNiksic with 10 jobs and a flat growth. Enel with 10 IT jobs and Siemens with 4 jobs, recorded a 233.33% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while A2A recorded an increase of 300% with 4 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 86%, up by 59.26% from August 2022. Entry Level positions with an 8% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6% share, up 200% over August 2022.
