The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 14.82% in August 2022 when compared with July 2022.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Enel IT hiring in August 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Enel, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 68% in August 2022, and a 70% rise over July 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 12% in August 2022, and registered flat growth. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 8% in August 2022, a 69.23% drop from July 2022.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in August 2022 with a 60% share, which marked a 150% rise over the previous month.
South & Central America stood next with 22%, registering a 37.5% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with an 8% share and a 69.23% drop over July 2022.
In the fourth place was Asia-Pacific with a share of 6% and a month-on-month increase of 200%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 4%, registering a 33.33% drop over the previous month.
Spain commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 48% share in August 2022, a 2300% growth over July 2022. Colombia featured next with a 10% share, up 150% over the previous month. US recorded an 8% share, a decline of 69.23% compared with July 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Enel IT hiring activity in August 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72%, up by 157.14% from July 2022. Mid Level positions with a 22% share, a growth of 22.22% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6% share, down 78.57% over July 2022.
