The project is being developed by Eneco UK, Groningen Seaports, Wirsol Solar and Zonnepark Valgenweg. The project is co-owned by Bronnen Vanons ZP Assen Zuid, Eneco, Groningen Seaports and Wircon, with their respective ownership stake of 25% each.
