The project was developed by Enersis II SGPS and Iberwind II Producao. The project is currently owned by Iberwind II Producao.
The project generates 99,199MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 4,945 households.
The Sao Macario (Sao Macario Phase I), has 80m high towers.
