Description
The project was developed by SSE Renewables Holdings (UK) and is currently owned by SSE Renewables (Ireland) with a stake of 100%.
The project generates 85,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 16,000 households, offsetting 66,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain II) consists of 13 turbines with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.
