Description
The project was developed by Duke Energy and Iberdrola Australia. Deriva Energy and Manulife Financial are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
Caprock Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 200 acres.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 5,000 households.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Western Farmers Electric Cooperative under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years.

Swinerton Renewable Energy was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
Jinko Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 10,300 modules at the site.
