The project was developed by EGPNA Renewable Energy Partners and is currently owned by Enel Green Power North America with a stake of 100%.

Stillwater- Nevada Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 240 acres.

The project generates 43,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 16,000 households.

The power generated from the project is sold to NV Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

CNPV Solar Power was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the Stillwater- Nevada Solar Park (Stillwater- Nevada Solar Park - 1). The company provided 82,758 modules each with 290W of nameplate capacity.
