Description

The project generates 70GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 59,000 households.

The process of combustion has been adopted in this combined heat and power (CHP) project to release the stored energy from the feed. Industrial waste and municipal solid waste are used as a feedstock to power the project.

Hitachi Zosen Inova supplied steam boiler for the project. The boiler installed at the site has a capacity of 360TPH. The temperature witnessed inside the boiler is around 402°C. The steam is pressurized inside the boiler at 41.5bar.
