The project was developed by Obton and is currently owned by CEE Group with a stake of 100%.

CEE Roosendaal Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 33.5 hectares.

The project generates 32,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 10,000 households, offsetting 16,500t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project construction commenced in 2021 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in August 2021.

Contractors involved

Canadian Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 78,000 modules at the site.

The inverters were procured from Huawei Technologies for the project.
