Description
The project was developed by Huaneng Guoduo Hydropower. China Huaneng Group and Western Milling are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 66% and 34% respectively.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 79.59 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 53m. The project generated 831.9 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $618.2m.
Contractors Involved
Harbin Electric Machinery was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines.
