Description

The project was developed by Foresight Wind Energy, Karbon Zero Energy and NRG Energy. Macquarie Group and Hannon Armstrong Capital are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 77.47% and 22.53% respectively.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 24,000 households. The project cost is $190m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Arizona Public Service under a power purchase agreement for a period of 30 years. The contracted capacity is 100MW.

Contractors Involved

Wind Energy Constructors was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Clipper Windpower was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 40 turbines, each with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.
