Minamisoma-Kashima Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 100 hectares.
The project generates 64GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 20,000 households. The project cost is $201.06m.

Contractors Involved
Taisei and Toshiba Energy Systems and Solutions were selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Toshiba was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 221,496 modules each with 270W of nameplate capacity.
Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems supplied 1 inverters to the project site.
Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems supplied 60 inverters to the project site.
Toshiba Plant Systems & Services is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
