Description
The project was developed by Sturdee Energy and SunEdison. African Infrastructure Investment Managers, African Rainbow Energy And Power, Phakwe Power, Reatile Group and Cicada Community Trust are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50.01%, 15%, 15%, 15% and 4.99% respectively.
Zeerust Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 177 hectares.
The project generates 180,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 84,000 households. The project cost is $137.6m.
The project consists of 261,348 modules.

Power Purchase Agreement
