The project is being developed and currently owned by Elektroprivreda Crne Gore AD Niksic, Fortum and Sterling and Wilson Solar. The company’s ownership stake in the project stands as 49%, 49% and 2% respectively.

Briska Gora Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 6,621,121 square meters.

The project is expected to generate 450,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $224m.
