Entergy Arkansas, Arkansas Electric Cooperative, City Water, Light and Power, Conway and City of West Memphis are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 57%, 35%, 5%, 2% and 1% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Wyoming Powder River Basin.
