The project was developed by EDF Renewable Development and Infinity Renewables. The project is co-owned by BlackRock and Boralex, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The power generated from the Roosevelt (Roosevelt I) is sold to Southwest Public Service under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 250MW.

The power generated from the Roosevelt (Roosevelt IIA) is sold to Southwest Public Service under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors involved

Roosevelt (Roosevelt I) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V100-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 125 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Roosevelt (Roosevelt IIA) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V100-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 16 turbines.

Roosevelt (Roosevelt IIB) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V100-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 9 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

EDF Renewables and Vestas Wind Systems were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
