Description
The project was developed by Guizhou Wujiang Hydropower Development. China Huadian and Guizhou Provincial Government are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
Silin is a run-of-river project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 1,593 million cubic meter. The penstock length is 114.7m. The penstock diameter is 8.8m. The project generated 4,047 GWh of electricity.
