Description
The project was developed by Sandbank Offshore Wind. Vattenfall and Stadtwerke Munchen are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
The wind turbines in the Sandbank 24 Phase IA are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the phase.

The project generates 1,400,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 400,000 households, offsetting 1,500,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
